Stephanie is CaSPA Care’s first CEO and joined the organisation in October 2011. Stephanie is a qualified registered nurse with post graduate qualifications in midwifery and intensive care.
Stephanie moved into management after completing a graduate Diploma in Health Administration and undertook a number of senior management roles in hospitals in Victoria and South Australia.
Stephanie spent 6 years as CEO of a hospital where her interest in residential aged care was fostered.
Fiona has been working in Aged Care for over 15 years and joined CaSPA Care in September 2015. Fiona has worked in a variety of settings including the acute sector and many aged care facilities.
What attracted Fiona to CaSPA Care was its unique approach to aged care which sat well with her desire to see positive change in caring for our vulnerable elderly. Fiona is hard working and compassionate and believes that CaSPA Care’s household model should be looked at and adopted by more homes. Fiona is proud of what CaSPA has achieved in her short time of working for the organisation and looks forward to contributing well into the future.
Cameron joined CaSPA Care in April 2015. He has over 15 years’ experience in hospitality and management in both Australia and overseas. He is a qualified Chef and has previously worked in hotels, casinos, cafes, restaurants and aged care.
Cameron has a passion for food and believes that food can be a huge source of joy for all. His objectives as CaSPA Care Catering Manager is to use his food knowledge and love of cooking to improve the quality of life for those within CaSPA Care.
Cameron brings to CaSPA Care his excellent understudying of menu development, nutrition, food safety and leads the kitchen team to deliver the highest standard of food and service to all residents.
Adam joined our maintenance department at CaSPA Care in January 2017.
Adam has been in the building industry for over 40 years and is a qualified plumber and gasfitter. Adam also holds various trade related licences and certificates.
Adam has ran his own building company and worked for himself for many years.
Rebecca joined CaSPA Care in 2012.
Rebecca has been in the aged care industry for over 12 years and has an extensive background in administration in various capacities.
