Wesley Smith

Chief Executive Officer

Wesley is incredibly passionate about Health and Aged Care. His focus, drive and willingness to face challenges head on, have enabled him to successfully lead organisations within the industry to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Wesley joined CaSPA Care in January 2022. He has held a range of senior leadership positions in healthcare for almost 15years, most recently working as the Chief Operating Officer for a health and aged care provider.

Wesley’s extensive experience includes undertaking senior leadership roles where he has been responsible for leadership, governance, consumer experience, finance and quality care in hospitals, aged care, home care, retirement living and dental services.

Wesley began his career in nursing over 25 years ago and is able to draw on this experience in his role as CEO of CaSPA Care. He has a deep, longstanding knowledge of the healthcare sector and this is evident in his unique, hands-on approach to leadership and management.

With a strong track-record of innovative thinking and skilled expertise, Wesley relishes the opportunity to steer his team towards beneficial outcomes, ensuring a supportive, positive, safe and productive environment and the best possible experience for both staff and residents.

Wesley holds a Bachelor of Nursing as well as post graduate qualifications in Chartered Accounting, Health Science and Perioperative Nursing.

Thuy Huynh Reilly

Chief Financial Officer

Thuy has specialised in the aged care industry during the last decade and joined the CaSPA Care finance department in September 2014.

Thuy leads the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial information to management and the board of directors.

Thuy has two decades of financial experience ranging across IT, manufacturing and aged care sectors. During this time, she has enjoyed the challenge of developing policies and procedures to improve productivity.

Maricar Carew

Maricar Carew

Clinical Services Manager

Maricar joined CaSPA Care in January 2018.  She has over 20 years’ experience in nursing, working both in aged care and mental health settings.

She is a registered nurse, with background in psychiatry, and has worked in public, private, profit and not for profit organizations.

She has held various positions over a period as Nurse Educator, Associate Nurse Unit Manager and Facility Manager in the health sector.  She has a passion in teaching and has taught students in Aged Care, Mental Health and Disability courses in various Registered Training Organizations (RTO).

Maricar is very passionate about aged care and thrives in ensuring the delivery of quality care to all residents with considerations on their cultural background and religious beliefs.

Maricar brings to CaSPA Care years of knowledge and skills and endeavours to lead the clinical team in providing high standard of care to all residents.

Cindy Tiangco

Cindy Tiangco

Quality Manager

Cindy joined CaSPA Care March 2016.

Cindy has more than 15 years’ experience in nursing in Aged Care and 10 years’ in Sub-Acute / Rehabilitation Settings.

Cindy has held a number of various position over the years as Clinical Support Nurse, Preceptor, Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Care Manager.

Cindy’s passion is to always provide the best quality of care to each resident according to their needs and preferences.
